Check-in Service
An advisor will visit your home weekly ( you can opt-in for monthly or quarterly) to conduct a brief check-in, identify potential safety and fall hazards, and observe any home maintenance and accessibility issues that could impact health, safety, security, and comfort. Weekly visits include environmental assessments for safety and accessibility, observations of the home’s overall condition, furniture placement or decluttering assistance, and recommendations for necessary home maintenance and modifications. Additional services like confirming appointments and assisting with grocery delivery orders, trash to curb, technology assistance, and many more are also available.
